About the Role
We are offering a Technology Analyst position as part of our 24-month rotational program. This full-time opportunity is designed for recent college graduates who are eager to dive into the world of technology. Throughout the program, you will engage in immersive technical training and professional development, completing up to four six-month rotations across various departments, including cyber security, software engineering, and data engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute technical projects spanning areas such as full-stack development, infrastructure, machine learning, artificial intelligence, big data, and project management.
- Participate in consistent skills-based learning and professional development training throughout the two-year program.
- Engage with our company culture by contributing to team initiatives and various volunteer opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this program, you should meet the following criteria:
- A recently completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience through internships or co-op programs within the technology sector.
- A foundational understanding of programming principles, including familiarity with Java, Python, SQL, and other web technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a genuine desire to learn and adapt to different technical functions.
- Permanent work authorization in the United States.
Location
This role is based on-site at our global headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida.
