Our work spans a wide range of critical domains, including Ethereum and Starknet protocol engineering, cryptography, decentralized finance, and security auditing. We collaborate with industry leaders like the Ethereum Foundation, Lido, and Flashbots to solve some of the most complex challenges in the blockchain space. With a global team of nearly 200 people working remotely across more than 45 countries, we are looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join us on a full-time, remote basis to help make our sophisticated tools and libraries accessible to our users.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of high-level content focused on blockchain technology, open-source projects, and decentralized finance.
- Create comprehensive documentation for our new products, features, and APIs while establishing clear standards and best practices for our engineering team.
- Manage the organization and discoverability of our documentation library while analyzing performance metrics to maintain high standards of quality.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in technical writing, specifically with a proven ability to own the documentation process from start to finish.
- A strong grasp of English and the ability to translate intricate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly prose.
- Deep familiarity with GitHub and professional experience working alongside engineering teams to support developers, scientists, or DevOps professionals.
- A solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including the EVM, Ethereum state, L1/L2 scaling, and consensus mechanisms.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
