What you'll be doing

• You will own the end-to-end documentation experience, which includes creating and maintaining essential tutorials and guides that help our users succeed.
• You will act as a content strategist by gathering user feedback and collaborating with our engineering team to determine which resources are needed next.
• You will serve as a writer and editor, ensuring that all technical content is clear, accurate, and reflects our high standards for user experience.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in technical writing. It is important that you are comfortable working in our San Francisco office at least three days per week. You must have a strong background in creating documentation specifically for an observability product, and you should be fluent in English. We value candidates who care deeply about the user experience and are eager to contribute to a collaborative, opinionated, and supportive team environment.
