You should bring at least 2 years of experience leading technical teams and projects. We value expertise in modern web technologies and microservices architecture. Beyond your technical hard skills, you must possess exceptional communication abilities to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders. We look for individuals who are adept at resolving conflicts, forging consensus, and translating complex requirements into a clear, actionable technical vision.
What we offer
The annual compensation for this position ranges from $135,000 to $178,000. We believe in supporting our team members both inside and outside of the office with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

- A 401k plan with a company match.
- Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
- The flexibility of remote work.
