About the Role

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our technology department. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will serve as the primary point of contact for our staff. You will work directly from our office five days a week to ensure our team has the reliable support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver front-line technical assistance and troubleshooting for firm personnel through phone calls, remote desktop tools, and in-person visits.
• Manage the setup of employee workspaces and provide ongoing maintenance for office printers and audio-visual equipment in our conference rooms.
• Assist users with standard software applications, including Microsoft Office, while identifying and fixing basic network connectivity problems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong aptitude for technical concepts and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We value candidates who can communicate clearly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Windows 11, Office 365, and desktop software.
• Familiarity with mobile device support for both iOS and Android platforms.
• The physical ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs around the office.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bonus points if you have previous experience providing support for SharePoint.

Location

This role is based in the United States and requires you to be present in our office every day.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary for this position ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, depending on your experience.
