Our reputation for excellence is built on the talent of our people, and we are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our technology department. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our office, where you will provide essential support to our staff five days a week.

Key outcomes

• Deliver front-line technical assistance and troubleshooting to firm personnel through phone support, remote desktop tools, and in-person visits.
• Diagnose and fix fundamental network connectivity problems.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office and other standard software applications.
• Maintain and manage office printing equipment.
• Prepare and configure technical setups for employee desks and various workspaces.
• Conduct regular testing and provide operational support for our conference rooms and audio-visual systems.
• Contribute to various special projects as they arise.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A proven capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced setting.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive within a team.
• The physical ability to transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the office.
• Strong analytical skills and a natural aptitude for learning new technical concepts.
• Practical experience or knowledge regarding Windows 11, Office 365, and desktop software.
• Familiarity with mobile device support for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience providing support for SharePoint.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000, depending on your experience.
