Technical Support Specialist at SSV Labs

The role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a pivotal role within our product department where you will serve as the primary advocate for our node operators. You will be responsible for ensuring that both current and future participants in our network have the support and resources they need to succeed, effectively bridging the gap between our users and our internal development teams.

Core responsibilities

• Guide new operators through the onboarding process while providing ongoing technical assistance to optimize their network performance.
• Act as a key liaison between our node operators and our R&D team by triaging technical issues and translating user feedback into actionable requirements for product improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guides and configuration procedures, while actively engaging with our community on platforms like Discord.

Skills and experience

• Strong background in DevOps or SysAdmin tasks, including hands-on experience with cloud services.
• Proven ability to configure and manage blockchain nodes, with a deep understanding of Ethereum and Proof-of-Stake mechanisms.
• Solid grasp of cryptography and distributed systems, supported by strong computer science fundamentals.
• Demonstrated success in developer relations, specifically within the blockchain or developer-focused software sectors.
• Exceptional technical writing skills, with the ability to explain intricate technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
• A proactive, community-oriented mindset focused on solving complex problems and nurturing web3 ecosystems.
