About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Technical Support / Helpdesk professional for a Part Time, Remote position. In this role, you will provide outsourced IT support to clients across the Austin metro area, handling everything from everyday end-user questions to more complex technical challenges that keep our clients productive and secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver routine end-user support while also responding to service requests such as virus cleanups, data recovery, and cloud migrations.
- Assist with cabling projects, office relocations, and network setup, including coordination with vendors when needed to resolve client issues.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by serving as a trusted technology resource and collaborating with teammates during busy periods.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
- Strong skills in technology, data management, cloud platforms, and network troubleshooting.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to long-term engagement and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
Location
This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate ranges from $18 to $22, depending on experience and skill set. Additional compensation includes profit sharing and a gas allowance. You will also receive a company phone, a flexible schedule, and access to our benefits package, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time as the team grows.
