The opportunity
We are looking for a Technical Support Helpdesk professional to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is designed for someone who is eager to solve problems and wants to be a true partner to our clients. You will be the go-to person for a wide variety of technical challenges, ensuring that our clients can focus on their own missions while we handle the complexities of their IT infrastructure. A day in the life
- You will manage routine end-user support requests, helping people navigate their daily technical hurdles with patience and clarity.
- You will tackle diverse projects such as virus cleanups, data recovery efforts, and cloud migrations to keep our clients secure and efficient.
- You will handle hands-on network tasks, including cabling projects or assisting clients with office moves to ensure their connectivity is seamless.
Who you are
You are a junior-level professional with a passion for technology, data, cloud systems, and network infrastructure. You communicate fluently in English and possess a natural aptitude for support. Because we are a highly relational company, we look for individuals who are resourceful and value the spirit of being a supportive teammate. Please note that our hiring process includes a questionnaire, which takes about an hour or two to complete, to help us understand how your unique skill set aligns with the needs of our clients before we move forward with an interview.
