We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Sweden, helping us deliver reliable, user-friendly solar inverters, energy storage systems, and EV chargers to our growing network of distributors and installers.

What you'll be doing

• You will provide comprehensive technical support, training, and consultancy to our customers regarding solar photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems, and EV chargers.
• You will build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including distributors, installers, and EPC networks, while working alongside our sales teams to foster customer loyalty.
• You will act as a technical expert by staying current on local regulatory requirements and providing valuable feedback to our product management team to help shape our future product roadmap.

What you'll bring

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
• Deep technical knowledge concerning PV systems, energy storage, and EV chargers, including an understanding of product specifications and grid code requirements.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the renewable energy industry.
