About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in a full-time, junior-level capacity. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them from their initial onboarding through project success and renewals. You will be responsible for providing prompt, effective solutions that ensure high satisfaction and help us meet our service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers through email, live chat, and screen sharing sessions to resolve issues.
• Serve as a trusted advisor who promotes product knowledge and helps customers become self-sufficient.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product features to provide best practices and innovative ideas for improving the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience working in software support or customer service.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Technical proficiency in HTML, jQuery, and CSS.
• Experience using diagnostic tools, such as application logs and browser developer tools.
• The ability to quickly learn and explain new technologies.
• A balance of independent work habits and strong teamwork capabilities.

Location

This position is based in India. You will be expected to work from our Bangalore SAP office on a hybrid basis, coming in three days per week.
