What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will be a vital part of our global support team, ensuring that our software remains stable and efficient for our B2B partners by troubleshooting complex technical challenges and working closely with our internal engineering departments.
What will you do?
- You will investigate and resolve intricate technical incidents related to the Syrve software ecosystem.
- You will collaborate directly with our development and DevOps teams to analyze system behavior and address root causes.
- You will act as a technical point of contact for our partners, ensuring clear communication and effective problem resolution.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong technical background and a passion for solving problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical support or similar role.
- Solid working knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL, including the ability to write and analyze database queries.
- Experience working within cloud environments and a basic understanding of server operating systems.
- Strong communication skills, specifically a C1 level in Russian and a B2 level in English.
- Previous experience with B2B technical support or restaurant management software is considered a significant advantage.
