About the Role
We are currently looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our team for an internship. In this on-site position, you will report directly to the Head of Technical Support. You will serve as the primary contact for our customers, helping them navigate our software solutions and ensuring their systems run smoothly. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to both our daily operations and long-term service improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve software issues to ensure our clients experience minimal downtime.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs and user manuals, to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Partner with our engineering and project management teams to address specific client needs and relay feedback for future product enhancements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a solid technical foundation and a genuine desire to help others. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, as you will need to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of users.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- While not required, prior knowledge of renewable energy systems, monitoring platforms, or control solutions is considered a significant plus.
Location
This position is based on-site in Italy.
