We operate across multiple continents, providing our flagship platform, Knorex XPO, to help major brands and agencies execute precision performance marketing. As we continue to experience hyper-scale growth, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team in India on a full-time, on-site basis. You will play a critical role in maintaining our 24/7 global support standards by assisting our B2B customers with our cloud-based marketing solutions.
What you'll be doing
- You will research, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled with accuracy and speed.
- You will collaborate closely with our Product Engineering and Customer Success teams to implement fixes and ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated according to our established SLAs and SOPs.
- You will contribute to our internal knowledge base by documenting technical notes and solutions, while participating in night shifts to provide consistent support to our international client base.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in backend software engineering or technical support. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working within a SaaS environment and possesses the following qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.
- Experience or familiarity with NodeJS and Hibernate is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a talent for troubleshooting and debugging.
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Prior experience with B2B products or digital advertising technology is considered a significant advantage.
