We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Poland as a Technical Support Consultant.
What you'll be doing
- You will deliver exceptional technical support to our customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, while ensuring all interactions meet our defined service level agreements.
- You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, helping them connect their payment service providers to our products and troubleshooting any connection errors that arise.
- You will maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions within our support ticketing system to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a customer-focused mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical support or desktop support role.
- Fluency in English, with at least a C1 level in both written and spoken communication.
- Proven understanding of the payments ecosystem and the ability to troubleshoot effectively using database tools.
- A responsible, customer-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SQL, MongoDB, Tableau, Snowflake, and Postman will be considered a significant advantage.
