Role at a glance

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chicago, IL. We are looking for a mid-level professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable interfacing with C-level executives daily. You will be a key player on our Information Technology team, ensuring our systems run smoothly while delivering top-tier service to our internal stakeholders.

Your impact

• Manage the daily helpdesk queue, ensuring all desktop, server, and application issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Take full ownership of technical incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to drive solutions from start to finish.
• Act as a technical advisor to our staff by educating users on best practices and providing clear, actionable guidance to prevent recurring issues.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a self-motivated problem solver with a commitment to white-glove service. We require the following qualifications:

• A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have worked in the financial services sector.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a user-friendly way.
• Deep technical proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office 365, Azure, SharePoint Online, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
• Experience supporting modern collaboration tools like Zoom and Teams, along with mobile device support for iOS.
• A high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain composure while managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
