The role

We are seeking a Technical Sourcing Specialist to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a mid-level, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will play a vital role in our talent acquisition operations, helping us expand our reach by identifying and connecting with top-tier talent to support our ongoing growth.

Core responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to interviewing and final referral.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify personnel needs and develop effective, data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a high standard of candidate experience by establishing consistent touchpoints and ensuring clear, reliable communication throughout the hiring process.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and technical expertise:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sourcing Specialist, specifically with a focus on recruiting Developers and Engineers.
• Strong proficiency in English, as all written communication and resumes must be submitted in English.
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools like Seekout.
• Technical familiarity with Google Drive (Docs, Excel) and meeting platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
• A deep understanding of search techniques, including the use of Boolean operators.
• Excellent attention to detail, a fast typing speed, and a demonstrated ability to execute projects effectively.
