We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our fast-paced, growing startup, Chime. In this role, you will use your creativity to uncover extraordinary talent and partner with our hiring managers to build a world-class team.
Responsibilities
- Build robust pipelines of top-tier talent by utilizing various sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to execute effective talent mapping strategies for technical and leadership roles.
- Engage with stakeholders to deeply understand technical requirements and ensure our hiring practices align with their needs.
- Support the implementation of new sourcing procedures and tools.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity within our applicant tracking systems.
- Analyze and report on pipeline performance to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Organize networking events to connect with potential candidates and external partners.
- Work cross-functionally to support our employment branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
Must-haves
- Proven success in identifying and engaging talent within competitive markets.
- Experience using creative sourcing methods, including professional networks, social media, GitHub, and referrals.
- Demonstrated background in in-house or agency sourcing within the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Exceptional skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse for applicant tracking, GEM for candidate messaging, and GoodTime for scheduling.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience managing hiring manager relationships and building pipelines specifically for technical leadership searches.
