Technical Sales Manager at Savant Systems

What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Technical Sales Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position based in Southern California, specifically for someone who lives within driving distance of our training facility in Irvine. You will be responsible for managing our Western Region, which covers the West Coast and the Mountain states, ensuring we meet our revenue and installation goals through expert technical guidance and strategic sales support.

What will you do?

• Develop and carry out territory action plans to hit our sales targets, which involves collaborating with integrators on system designs, recruiting new qualified customers, and identifying key specifiers to grow our market share.
• Act as a technical resource for our authorized customers by managing in-region design tickets, providing product training, assisting with system commissioning, and participating in beta testing to improve our product offerings.
• Represent the Savant brand by attending local and national industry events, educating tradespeople and end-users on our product categories, and driving the adoption of our solutions across projects of all sizes.
