In this role, you will lead efforts to hire top talent for our Mobile, Data, and Security divisions, ensuring that every candidate has an experience that reflects our brand. We are looking for a leader who can partner with engineering executives to build effective hiring strategies while mentoring a high-performing team of recruiters.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and mentor a team of five or more recruiters, focusing on their professional development, performance, and career growth.
- Design and implement comprehensive staffing strategies that align with the specific needs of our engineering and security leadership.
- Leverage data and performance metrics to identify hiring bottlenecks, solve complex recruiting challenges, and provide actionable insights to your stakeholders.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in talent acquisition and team management. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings the following qualifications:
- At least two years of experience managing and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
- A proven ability to build diverse, inclusive teams and a sharp eye for identifying and coaching talent.
- Extensive experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, including the ability to close competitive candidates and manage demanding internal stakeholders.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate hiring trends into improved processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to partner effectively with senior executives.
- Professional proficiency in English.
