Our team of over 100 people across India and the US is currently building an innovative AI agents platform that uses multimodal AI to manage the entire customer lifecycle. What is this role?
We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be at the heart of our growth. If you have a knack for finding great talent and want to work in a fast-paced environment, this is a perfect opportunity to help us build our engineering and AI teams.
What will you do?
- Proactively find and attract top technical talent by using social media, networking, referrals, and various job platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and technical conversations to evaluate if a candidate's skills and experience match our high standards.
- Work directly with our hiring managers and technical leads to understand specific role requirements and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every candidate.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within the startup or technology sectors. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:
- A solid understanding of technical roles, including backend, frontend, full-stack, and AI positions.
- The ability to hold meaningful technical conversations to assess a candidate's core competencies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational habits, allowing you to manage multiple open roles at once while using applicant tracking systems effectively.
- A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for the recruitment process.
