What is this role?

We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be at the heart of our growth. What will you do?

• Proactively find and attract top technical talent by using social media, networking, referrals, and various job platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings and technical conversations to evaluate if a candidate's skills and experience match our high standards.
• Work directly with our hiring managers and technical leads to understand specific role requirements and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every candidate.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within the startup or technology sectors. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

• A solid understanding of technical roles, including backend, frontend, full-stack, and AI positions.
• The ability to hold meaningful technical conversations to assess a candidate's core competencies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational habits, allowing you to manage multiple open roles at once while using applicant tracking systems effectively.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for the recruitment process.
