What you bring
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will work in a full-time capacity based on-site in China. You will report to the Director of Talent while partnering closely with our engineering leadership to drive our expansion efforts. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Building and managing a robust pipeline of high-quality talent for our specialized R&D teams, including Kong Gateway, Mesh, KIC, and Insomnia.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to conduct launch meetings, define specific role requirements, and manage expectations throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Executing creative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates and ensuring a professional, high-quality experience for everyone who engages with our hiring process.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with at least four years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting. You should have a deep understanding of the engineering landscape, including experience recruiting for roles like Technical Engineers, Support, and Solutions Engineers. We value candidates who possess strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and a proactive approach to research using various social media channels. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a friendly, welcoming demeanor. We are seeking a self-motivated professional who is eager to grow, build strong internal and external networks, and act as a true brand ambassador for our company.
