We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Austin, Texas, on a full-time, on-site basis. At Black Diamond Networks, we serve as a premier staffing agency that connects highly skilled consultants with organizations in the Life Sciences, Engineering, and Technology sectors. Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and recruit senior-level contractors through strategic prospecting, referrals, and cold calling techniques.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent while nurturing long-term relationships to ensure high levels of consultant satisfaction.
- Partner with our account executives to effectively fulfill client staffing needs by negotiating competitive rates and utilizing CRM tools to manage market intelligence.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
- At least two to three years of direct experience in either recruiting or sales.
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, particularly regarding phone-based interactions.
- A strong aptitude for problem-solving and a willingness to accept coaching to further your professional development.
- The ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced office setting.
What we offer
