Role at a glance

This is a Senior Technical Recruiter position offered on a full-time basis. You will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help us shape our global hiring strategy.

Your impact

• You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of technical and non-technical roles, ensuring we find the right people to support our mission.
• You will proactively engage passive talent across global markets, using your sourcing expertise to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• You will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, using data to influence decisions and continuously optimizing our recruitment operations and ATS workflows.

What you'll need

• At least 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on technical recruiting.
• A minimum of 3 years dedicated to passive sourcing.
• Direct experience recruiting within the Web3, blockchain, or open-source ecosystems, or a strong background in global tech startups.
• A solid understanding of global labor markets and compliance standards.
• Fluency in English and a genuine passion for the future of emerging technologies.
• An agile mindset that allows you to adapt quickly as our needs evolve.
