We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Team on a contract basis. What you'll be doing
- You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned client groups, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier professional talent.
- You will act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and assessment tools while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
- You will maintain our applicant tracking system and perform data analysis to identify hiring trends, providing actionable recommendations to improve our overall recruitment performance.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A degree or diploma in HR Management, combined with 5 to 8 years of corporate recruitment experience.
- A strong background in data analysis and the ability to leverage applicant tracking systems effectively.
- A deep understanding of HR management principles and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset, allowing you to build strong relationships across the organization.
- The ability to handle high-volume recruitment needs while maintaining discretion and professional tact.
- Fluency in English.
- A CHRP designation is considered a significant asset.
