What is this role?

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join us for a full-time, 6-month project. This is a mid-level position based in Mexico that is fully remote. You will play a vital role in connecting skilled software engineers with exciting opportunities while helping us maintain the high standards of our growing team.

What will you do?

• Proactively source and identify top-tier talent for our open roles, including software developers, designers, and testers, using advanced search techniques.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes screening candidates, conducting interviews, and creating branded profiles to present to our clients.
• Maintain organized talent pipelines and ensure all candidate information is accurately documented within our applicant tracking and customer relationship management systems.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience recruiting specifically within the technology sector. We are looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs, and you should have a knack for finding candidates through social platforms and Boolean search strings. Your ability to manage your time effectively while juggling multiple open positions will be key to your success here.
