Technical Project Manager at Alembic

Backed by industry luminaries such as Jensen Huang and Joe Montana, we are looking for a Lead Technical Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our engineering, product, and business departments, ensuring our complex technical initiatives are executed with precision and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scopes, establish realistic timelines, and manage resource allocation.
• Translate high-level designs into actionable technical specifications and detailed project plans to ensure predictable delivery.
• Own the project task board and serve as the Scrum Master, working alongside QA to maintain a seamless development workflow and track progress through our ticketing systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong technical background and a deep commitment to high-quality software development. We look for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical project management or software development capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the SDLC and a proven ability to apply Agile or Lean methodologies in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical projects within scope and on time.
• Prior experience managing product development within B2B SaaS or enterprise software sectors.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to act as a self-starter who can prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to translate technical requirements for cross-functional stakeholders.
