The role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This is a mid-level position reporting to our Senior Leadership in Production and Engineering. You will play a vital role in supporting new product development and driving technical improvements across our manufacturing processes.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the creation of manufacturing equipment documentation and evaluate filling scenarios to support successful product launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional project plans, assess technical risks, and conduct machine testing to ensure all requirements are met.
- Consult with international production facilities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and sustainability through energy-saving initiatives.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A university degree in a mechanical discipline, such as Mechatronics Engineering or Industrial Mechanics.
- Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience within the cosmetics, FMCG, or food industries.
- Strong project management capabilities and a hands-on approach to coordination and negotiation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with SAP knowledge considered a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English and a willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
