About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead cross-functional delivery teams, including engineers, product designers, and technical leads, to bring complex software strategies to life. You will act as a trusted partner to our executive stakeholders, helping to formulate roadmaps and drive real-world results for our clients. This is an individual contributor position where you will lead through influence, logic, and data to ensure our projects deliver meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute project plans, ensuring that all software development efforts remain aligned with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, translating complex business needs into innovative technical solutions while managing expectations and project strategy.
- Facilitate an Agile environment by maintaining sprint backlogs, identifying potential risks, and mentoring team members to foster professional growth within the practice.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in custom software project management, digital solution development, or technology consulting, specifically within the healthcare industry.
- A deep understanding of the software development life cycle, systems integration, and technical data flows.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies, along with proficiency in using Jira for project tracking.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- An engineering mindset with the ability to grasp technical dependencies and make informed decisions that impact software architecture.
- Relevant certifications in project management or Agile methodologies are considered a plus.
