The role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States. In this position, you will lead cross-functional delivery teams, including engineers, product designers, and technical leads, to bring complex software strategies to life. You will act as a primary partner for executive-level stakeholders, using data and logic to influence project direction and ensure we deliver real-world results rather than just shipping features.
Core responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute project plans, ensuring all deliverables align with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Translate complex business objectives into innovative technical solutions while managing client expectations as a trusted digital transformation partner.
- Maintain the sprint backlog and facilitate Agile processes to prioritize work, identify risks, and ensure continuous alignment with the project vision.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in custom software project management, technology consulting, or digital solution development, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles, systems integration, and data flows.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira.
- Strong analytical skills and an engineering mindset, allowing you to understand technical dependencies and constraints.
- Fluency in English.
