What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a leadership-focused position designed for an experienced individual who can bridge the gap between functional business needs and technical execution. You will be responsible for overseeing technology projects from inception to deployment, ensuring that our various company brands remain aligned and efficient as we scale.

What will you do?

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestone tracking, and resource allocation to ensure every initiative stays within scope and budget.
• Identify potential project risks early, assess their impact on our operations, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to guarantee successful outcomes.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration while providing regular status updates to the Technology Steering Committee.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in project management and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a PM or PMO environment.
• Proficiency with essential project management and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Azure, Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong expertise in risk management, budget oversight, and change management.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with decentralized business units.
• A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to support our various locations.
• Professional certifications in Project Management or Change Management are considered a significant plus.
