We are Nutrafol, the pioneers of hair wellness, and we are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our remote team. As a company that helps people reach their full potential through natural, clinically effective hair growth solutions, we are committed to constant innovation and are currently seeking a collaborative leader to support our Data and Development departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines and oversee the successful delivery of development milestones.
- Promote an Agile development culture that remains flexible and responsive to change.
- Coordinate sprints and cross-functional workstreams by managing JIRA projects and collaborating with team leads.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation within Confluence and Google Drive.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, design teams, technology groups, and external vendors to capture and refine requirements.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to build high-quality technical solutions.
- Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to ensure projects remain on track.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical teams and implementing processes, ideally within startup environments.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and other standard product management tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile workflows and the ability to deliver value through incremental progress.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, including developers, designers, and QA testers.
- Proven ability to synthesize requirements from multiple business units and third-party vendors.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working within an eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 USD.
