We are a team that cares deeply about our mission, our patients, and one another, and we are looking for a highly driven Technical Project Manager I to join our remote team and help us continue this vital work.
Key outcomes
- Master our organizational systems landscape and the end-to-end business processes involved in conducting clinical trials.
- Lead the formulation, production, and rollout of technology and process solutions, acting as the owner or administrator of these systems.
- Apply best project management practices to capture requirements, document stakeholder discussions, and facilitate effective change management.
- Monitor project performance to ensure all efforts remain within scope, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Act as a techno-functional resource to support our operational systems and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, such as automation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Marketing, IT, Recruiting, and Quality to solve operational challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing, coordinating, and supporting projects using PMI or Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical expertise with enterprise applications or platforms, specifically Salesforce and Microsoft Azure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of software development lifecycles, enterprise solutions, and project management standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services.
- Practical application of Six Sigma or other data-driven analytical frameworks.
- Proven ability to thrive in chaotic environments while balancing competing priorities.
