We are currently looking for a Technical Programme Manager to join our Architecture and Operational Engineering division. This team is the backbone of our reliability and efficiency, overseeing everything from SRE and incident management to our software supply chain and build pipelines. By joining us, you will help bridge the gap between complex technical challenges and the daily experience of our wider engineering group, ensuring our platform remains robust and scalable.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead the definition and execution of roadmaps, milestones, and strategic initiatives by working closely with our technical teams and facilitating collaborative workshops.
- You will serve as a key advocate for our developer experience tooling and services, using your communication skills to present technical content and engage the broader engineering organization.
- You will manage the lifecycle of technical products designed for internal users, establishing clear KPIs and OKRs to track progress and drive continuous improvement across our infrastructure.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation and a passion for improving how engineers work. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical product, project, or programme management role, supported by a background in software development or architecture.
- A solid understanding of SRE principles, including incident management, chaos engineering, SLAs, and change management.
- Experience with observability tools and concepts, such as tracing, logging, and business metrics.
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences through presentations and tech talks.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment across various time zones.
- A proven track record of building and managing technical products specifically for internal engineering teams.
