Technical Program Manager at Espresso

Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. You will play a pivotal role in managing our ambitious product roadmap as we move our infrastructure into production environments.

Your impact

• Take ownership of project timelines, resource allocation, and cross-team dependencies to ensure our critical features and integrations launch on schedule.
• Partner closely with our engineering and leadership teams to document, prioritize, and specify feature requests that align with our broader product strategy.
• Define and track key success metrics that measure the impact of our infrastructure on developer experience and end-user outcomes as we scale.

What you'll need

You should be a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in technical program management or a related software development field. We value candidates who bring a blend of technical depth and operational rigor.

• Deep proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with hands-on experience using tools like Jira and Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical stakeholders and business goals.
• A history of successfully delivering complex technical projects, ideally with exposure to blockchain technology, L2 rollups, or large-scale mainnet launches.
• The ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams while introducing new structures and frameworks to our existing processes.
• Fluency in English.
