Technical Program Manager at Provi

Since 2016, we have been building Provi to replace the outdated, chaotic workflows of the alcohol beverage sector with a streamlined, digital ordering solution. Today, we support over 750,000 product listings across 35 states, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Technical Program Manager to help us scale our integration portfolio even further.

What you bring

In this full-time, hybrid role based in the United States, you will serve as a bridge between our engineering, product, and sales teams. You will be responsible for managing our integration pipeline to ensure we meet our business goals while providing a seamless experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Driving alignment, transparency, and prioritization across our distributor integrations pipeline to support our broader business objectives.
• Coordinating the status of multiple integration projects across their entire lifecycle by working closely with product, engineering, support, and sales leadership.
• Partnering with internal teams to optimize project coverage and resource availability, ensuring we can scale our integrations effectively.

Requirements

We are looking for a senior-level professional who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments. You should have at least five years of experience in technical program management or a related field. It is essential that you are comfortable communicating technical concepts to both internal stakeholders and external partners. You should be proficient in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, and Salesforce. A Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification is highly valued. We appreciate candidates who bring a mindset focused on continuous improvement and have a proven ability to manage expectations with executive sponsors and business leaders alike.
