We are Dark Wolf Solutions, and we are currently looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team in Herndon, VA. As the prime contractor for a major IT program, we specialize in delivering high-level technical support within the federal landscape. This full-time, on-site position requires a leader who can blend commercial strategy with deep technical expertise to guide our efforts under an established contract vehicle. Responsibilities
- You will oversee the complete lifecycle of Agile software projects, which includes planning, execution, and final closure while ensuring we meet all budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
- You will be responsible for evaluating and testing new commercial technologies to determine their viability for integration within the Department of Defense.
- You will manage project performance and progress by conducting regular assessments, maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring that all work aligns with strict cybersecurity standards and best practices.
Requirements
- You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- We require at least 15 years of relevant professional experience, including 5 years specifically as a Technical Program Manager.
- You need 5 years of experience working within the DoD and 5 years of experience in business management.
- You must have a proven track record of managing large IT workforces and performing liaison duties across various levels of management.
- You should be highly skilled in risk management, strategic planning, and the development of analytical metrics.
- This role requires US Citizenship and a current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
What we offer
