Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates based anywhere in the United States, though you will need to travel to our headquarters once every two months and visit customers a few times per year. You will play a pivotal role in our fast-paced, collaborative environment, working alongside experts in banking, securities, and fintech.

Your impact

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new data providers onto our network, managing every phase from initial discovery and integration to testing and post-live support.
• Develop and refine a scalable onboarding framework that improves internal processes, enhances the client experience, and optimizes the tools we use.
• Collaborate directly with financial institutions to analyze their current systems, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure the successful implementation of our solutions.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in financial technology and a proven track record of managing complex implementations. We require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a field like Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, plus six years of experience in technical program management within data access networks. Alternatively, a Master’s degree with four years of relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in managing SaaS client implementations using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and GitHub.
• Proven ability to translate complex project objectives into clear business outcomes using Microsoft Office tools for project planning and reporting.
• Extensive experience in client engagement, specifically representing fintech companies and integrating partners into data access networks.
• Fluency in English and the ability to manage the full lifecycle of cloud-based software development projects from planning through execution.
