At Flexport, we are on a mission to simplify global commerce by building a modern, technology-driven platform for an $8.6 trillion industry. We are looking for a mid-level Technical Program Manager to join our Visibility team in China, where you will help us solve complex data challenges and provide our clients with unmatched transparency into their global supply chains.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional initiatives between engineering, operations, and demand teams to enhance data quality and minimize defects.
Monitor program progress while proactively identifying risks, communicating status updates, and driving solutions to remove blockers.
Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, gathering feedback and providing guidance on product feature prioritization.
Facilitate business reviews with our leadership team to ensure alignment on goals.
Oversee incident management and client escalations, ensuring that lessons learned from post-mortems are integrated into our processes.
Collaborate closely with the Visibility Product team to develop software that directly addresses our clients' most pressing pain points.

Must-haves

A Bachelor's degree.
At least 2 years of full-time professional experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice-to-haves

Background in supply chain technology.
Direct experience working alongside product development teams.
Strong data acumen, including the ability to query data and derive insights using SQL and Looker.
A system-level mindset with the ability to identify dependencies and understand the end-to-end impact of your work.
Proven success in leading cross-functional programs and delivering measurable impact.
A proactive, hardworking attitude suited for a lean team environment.
