Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Canada where you will oversee the development of our orchestration software, Weave, and our operator-facing applications, Workshop. You will work across various departments to drive strategic initiatives and ensure our cutting-edge technology reaches its full potential.
Your impact
- Take full accountability for project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and the overall quality of software deliverables.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to refine requirements, manage backlogs, and create high-fidelity estimates.
- Standardize program monitoring by blending Agile, Waterfall, and V-cycle methodologies to ensure seamless execution from planning through to release.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a resourceful communicator with a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in software program management, ideally with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- A deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with a PMP designation or CSM certification being highly preferred.
- Proven experience guiding hardware, embedded, and software products through their entire lifecycle.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Windows environments, PowerBI, Tableau, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex scope, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Fluency in English.
