What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our research and engineering teams to deliver high-quality machine learning solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working cross-functionally with engineers and technical leads to develop machine learning software for autonomous driving applications.
• Managing project priorities, tracking key performance indicators, and communicating project status to both internal teams and external customers.
• Taking ownership of project requirements, release schedules, and milestone tracking to ensure we hit our targets.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in software engineering and program management. You should possess a degree in computer science, robotics, mathematics, physics, or electrical engineering. We value candidates who can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of stakeholders. You should be comfortable managing projects using tools like Jira and have a proven ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data science or statistics is considered a significant advantage, and you must be fluent in English to coordinate effectively across our organization.

What we offer

We provide a competitive base salary range of 150,000 USD to 250,000 USD, which is determined based on your specific qualifications, location, and experience. In addition to your base pay, we support our team with the following benefits:
