Our smart loading dock sensor platform provides real-time data to shippers and carriers, helping them manage material flow and optimize operations with unprecedented accuracy. We are looking for someone who is passionate about revolutionizing logistics to join us in deploying the hardware and software solutions of tomorrow.
Role at a glance
We are searching for a Technical Program Manager for Hardware to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level position based on-site in the United States. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our engineering teams and our manufacturing goals.
Your impact
- You will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, guiding programs from initial requirements through validation, certification, and final production ramp-up.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for our CEO regarding project status, proactively identifying risks and managing the flow of information across the organization.
- You will drive cross-functional collaboration by coordinating deliverables between our electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure we hit our launch targets.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a proven track record in hardware program management. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Three to five years of experience managing hardware system development programs.
- Hands-on experience coordinating builds, managing BOM costs, and working with vendors and contract manufacturers both locally and overseas.
- Deep familiarity with hardware components including PCBAs, optical assemblies, cables, and mechanical housings.
- A background in fast-paced startup environments where you have balanced low-volume prototyping with long-term manufacturing scaling plans.
- The ability to communicate complex schedules, budget constraints, and project risks directly to executive leadership.
- Fluency in English.
