At Diagrid, we believe that open-source software, open standards, and APIs are the most powerful tools for modern software development. Our mission is to help developers focus on their code rather than infrastructure by providing high-level abstractions that ensure reliable, secure, and portable applications. Founded by the creators of Dapr and KEDA, our team brings deep expertise from building hyper-scale cloud services at Microsoft. We are backed by a stellar group of industry leaders and investors, and we are looking for passionate people to help us grow our ecosystem.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to join our fully remote team. This is a full-time position where you will act as the strategic voice of our products, bridging the gap between our open-source community and our enterprise customers. You will report directly to the head of Marketing and play a key role in defining how we communicate the value of our distributed systems and developer tools to both technical and business audiences.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio, including Diagrid Enterprise and Diagrid Catalyst.
- Create high-impact marketing collateral, such as case studies, whitepapers, and technical demo scripts, while providing sales teams with the training and competitive intelligence they need to succeed.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to translate complex technical innovations into compelling narratives that resonate with developers, SREs, and decision-makers.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a seasoned professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B product marketing, specifically within the developer tools, cloud-native, or infrastructure sectors. You have a strong grasp of microservices architecture and distributed systems, and you are comfortable demonstrating code-first solutions. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and possesses the following qualities:
- Proven experience working with open-core or open-source business models.
- A track record of leading successful product launches and market positioning.
- Proficiency in using AI-driven tools to accelerate content creation and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills combined with an empathetic, customer-centric mindset.
- The ability to thrive as a self-starter in a fast-paced, remote environment.
What's in it for you?
We are committed to supporting our team members with a flexible, remote-first culture and a comprehensive benefits package. Joining us means you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading experts in a collaborative and transparent environment. Your benefits will include:
- Equity compensation to ensure you share in our success.
- Flexible hours to support your work-life balance.
- Medical insurance for you and your dependents.
- A dedicated home office budget to help you create your ideal workspace.
- The freedom and autonomy of a remote work environment.
