At myPlace Health, we are dedicated to transforming the healthcare experience for vulnerable older adults through our comprehensive PACE model. We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our growing team and help us build innovative, user-centered technology that empowers seniors to live independently in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and launch of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to improve care coordination and clinical workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, developers, and operational teams to prioritize features that balance technical feasibility with user impact.
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery of product solutions.
- Ensure all products adhere to healthcare compliance standards and interoperability frameworks like HL7 and FHIR.
- Design intuitive administrative and clinical workflows that simplify the daily experiences of our care teams.
- Maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, communicating progress clearly to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our technology stack.
- Create clear documentation, including user stories and training materials, to support successful product adoption.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including deployment and integration.
- A strong understanding of clinical operations and care coordination workflows.
- Familiarity with health data standards such as EDI, HL7, and FHIR.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience working within Agile development frameworks.
- A solid grasp of cloud-based architectures and Azure fundamentals.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, specifically HIPAA.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex needs into technical requirements.
