Currently, more than 300 fintechs, banks, and retailers rely on our technology to combat account takeovers, payment fraud, and social engineering. With $145 million in funding from prominent investors like Google Ventures, Visa, and Andreessen Horowitz, we are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our remote-first team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for designing the tools that protect our customers and shaping the future of our risk products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to define product specifications, prioritize technical capabilities, and steer the overall fraud risk roadmap.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from initial scoping and vendor integration to final delivery and documentation.
- Design and monitor innovative fraud detection methods to ensure our systems remain robust, scalable, and highly effective at preventing financial crime.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on Risk, Fraud, or Trust and Safety products.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive product decisions and balance system performance with user experience.
- Deep familiarity with fraud typologies such as bank fraud, card fraud, and account takeovers, alongside experience evaluating or integrating third-party identity and fraud vendors.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
