We are a leading force in the world of fraud prevention and AML compliance. Our platform leverages advanced machine learning, behavior biometrics, and device intelligence to stop financial crime before it occurs. Currently, more than 300 fintechs, banks, and retailers rely on our technology to combat account takeovers, payment fraud, and social engineering. With $145 million in funding from prominent investors like Google Ventures, Visa, and Andreessen Horowitz, we are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our remote-first team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for designing the tools that protect our customers and shaping the future of our risk products.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to define product specifications, prioritize technical capabilities, and steer the overall fraud risk roadmap.
Manage the full product lifecycle from initial scoping and vendor integration to final delivery and documentation.
Design and monitor innovative fraud detection methods to ensure our systems remain robust, scalable, and highly effective at preventing financial crime.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on Risk, Fraud, or Trust and Safety products.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive product decisions and balance system performance with user experience.
Deep familiarity with fraud typologies such as bank fraud, card fraud, and account takeovers, alongside experience evaluating or integrating third-party identity and fraud vendors.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
