Are you ready to shape the future of travel by helping millions of people move seamlessly from search to ticket? At Distribusion we connect bus, rail and ferry operators across more than seventy countries with major online retailers such as Google Maps and Booking.com, and we are looking for someone to strengthen the rail side of that global network.
What you bring
We need a senior technical product manager who will join our Supply domain on a full-time basis and focus on rail integrations. Your work will centre on extending platform capabilities, automating inventory processes and leading the onboarding of new rail carriers, with a special emphasis on expanding our reach throughout Asia. You will operate in a remote-first environment that welcomes talent from anywhere in the world, while our headquarters remain in Berlin for those who prefer hybrid or onsite collaboration.
- Extend product functionalities to unlock new business opportunities for rail carriers.
- Automate and innovate our existing API-driven inventory that already serves major industry players.
- Own the scoping and day-to-day management of onboarding new carriers while building stronger relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including C-level contacts.
Requirements
You bring at least four years of hands-on product-management experience, ideally with technical products such as APIs or data platforms, and you are comfortable working across complex systems. A technical or computer-science degree supports your ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams, while fluency in English ensures clear communication in our international setting. Strong stakeholder-management skills, the capacity to influence without formal authority and proven experience in cross-functional environments are essential. Experience with PICO API, OSDM or other European rail standards is a plus, as is prior exposure to the transportation industry or leadership roles. We value proactive problem-solvers who switch contexts smoothly, take ownership and continuously look for process improvements using tools such as Jira.
What we offer
You will join a fast-growing travel-tech company backed by leading investors and recently strengthened by an $80 million Series C round. We operate with a flat structure that gives you real ownership and the chance to see your decisions directly shape company success. Our remote-first policy offers flexible work locations, and our vibrant Berlin office remains open to anyone who wishes to relocate. You will work alongside driven colleagues from around the world who will both support and challenge you every day.
- Remote or flexible work location options.
- International growth opportunities as we expand our global footprint.
- Flat organisational structure with direct impact on strategic decisions.
How to Apply
If this sounds like the right next step for you, we would love to hear from you. Please send your application or any questions to [email protected] and let us know how your experience aligns with the role. We look forward to exploring how we can build the future of travel together.
