The opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in platforms and infrastructure. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex legacy systems and a modern, cloud-based future. You will own the vision and strategy for foundational components that empower other government teams to build better digital products. By combining your technical expertise with a sharp focus on user experience, you will help our partners migrate off outdated mainframes and embrace secure, scalable cloud environments. A day in the life

• Define the strategic roadmap and vision for platform and infrastructure products, including data pipelines, API ecosystems, and cloud-based services.
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and technical leads to synthesize user needs and business requirements into actionable, high-impact product features.
• Act as a subject matter expert in security, scalability, and infrastructure, ensuring that our solutions are not only modern but also robust and reliable for the agencies we serve.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience building technical products, such as developer platforms or API-based services, that have scaled to meet enterprise-level demands. You possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies, with AWS experience being highly desirable. You are a structured communicator who can translate complex technical details into a clear narrative for stakeholders, and you have a proven ability to build buy-in across diverse, cross-functional teams. You thrive in ambiguous situations, possess a strong bias toward action, and are comfortable working with incomplete information to create order and drive progress. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, as this role requires you to be based in the U.S.
