At Phi Labs, we are pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the blockchain space. Originally spun out of Tendermint to launch the Archway protocol, we have evolved into a premier software engineering firm specializing in the Cosmos SDK and CosmWasm. We are now turning our focus toward Bolt Liquidity, our cutting-edge DeFi product designed to solve critical challenges in liquidity efficiency and cross-chain interoperability. If you are a builder who thrives on solving complex problems in a decentralized environment, we want to meet you.
Role at a glance
We are looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. You will work closely with our specialized engineering teams to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution as we scale our DeFi initiatives.
Your impact
- Translate user and partner feedback into comprehensive product requirement documents that provide clear direction for our engineering teams.
- Define and track critical success metrics, including pool health, growth, and oracle latency, while ensuring our dashboards accurately reflect user behavior.
- Manage the product roadmap and orchestrate complex launches, moving from testnet environments to mainnet and cross-chain deployments.
What you'll need
- Five to eight years of experience in product management, backed by a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of engineering systems.
- At least four years of hands-on experience within the Web3 and decentralized application ecosystem.
- A data-driven mindset with a proven ability to conduct market research and drive product-market fit.
- Deep familiarity with smart contract platforms such as CosmWasm, Ethereum Virtual Machine, Sui, or Solana.
- Demonstrated success in building and deploying production-grade Web3 applications, including a solid grasp of security best practices and wallet interactions.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, including sprint planning and hosting scrum meetings.
- Strong technical writing skills and the ability to leverage modern tools like GitHub for version control and documentation.
- Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
Perks and compensation
- A truly remote-first culture that values flexibility and autonomy.
- Opportunities to connect with the team in person through company retreats and off-sites held several times a year.
- Generous paid time off to ensure you have the space to recharge.
- The chance to make a significant, high-impact contribution to the future of the DeFi industry.
