At Bellwether, we serve as a global advisory firm dedicated to solving complex business challenges and enhancing enterprise value. We pride ourselves on our ability to formulate and execute dynamic growth strategies through deep industry expertise and advanced analytical capabilities. Managing over $40 billion in assets, we support clients across North America, Europe, and Asia by providing critical insights throughout the business lifecycle. We are looking for mission-driven professionals to join our team in Dallas and help us continue building the data platforms that empower our clients to succeed.
The role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Technology team on a full-time, on-site basis in Dallas, Texas. In this leadership role, you will act as the bridge between our business goals and technical execution. You will report directly to the SVP of Technology, serving as the primary point of accountability for our data platform initiatives. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys managing both strategy and people, as you will oversee a Business Analyst and a Systems Analyst while driving our transition from legacy systems to modern, scalable data architectures.
Core responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-quarter product roadmap by partnering with business leaders to prioritize initiatives that align with client needs and long-term strategy.
- Design and oversee the transition of data architectures, including the development of robust ETL pipelines, API integrations, and monitoring patterns across systems like Databricks, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports, fostering their professional growth while ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical artifacts and project outcomes.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in technical product management and systems analysis. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technical program management, specifically involving data platforms or enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on proficiency with SQL, ETL processes, API design, and modern data tools such as Databricks, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- A proven ability to map complex end-to-end business processes and translate them into clear technical requirements and user stories.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
- Current authorization to work in the United States is required, as we are unable to provide sponsorship.
Compensation and benefits
We are committed to the well-being of our team members and offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family. Our offerings include:
- Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- A 401k plan with a 4% company match that is immediately vested.
- Generous paid time off, including 11 company holidays and a paid holiday office closure.
- 14 weeks of maternity leave and 12 weeks of parental leave.
- Access to wellness programs and a fertility benefit.
- Cell phone reimbursement and various team-building events.
