Since our founding in 2018, BioIntelliSense has been on a mission to make early health detection simple and accessible. We are an award-winning team of engineers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals dedicated to transforming how care is delivered. By moving patient monitoring from the hospital into the home through our proprietary wearable sensors and cloud-based intelligence systems, we are helping clinicians detect patient deterioration earlier than ever before. We invite you to join our team as we build a new standard of care that provides real clinical value and better outcomes for patients and providers around the world.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to take the lead on the technical definition and delivery of our BioDashboard platform. This is a vital role for our remote patient monitoring ecosystem, as it allows clinicians to keep a close watch on thousands of patients simultaneously. You will act as the bridge between our commercial goals and our engineering reality, ensuring that we deliver seamless, high-quality clinical experiences. If you have a deep background in remote patient monitoring and thrive in an agile environment, this role offers you the chance to shape the future of healthcare technology.
A day in the life
- You will serve as the Product Owner for an agile development team, where you will manage the backlog, write detailed user stories, and ensure that our technical solutions align perfectly with business requirements.
- You will collaborate daily with developers and QA testers to ensure our design outputs meet our high standards, while also working with the Scrum Master to facilitate ceremonies like sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- You will act as a primary point of contact for the commercial team, translating complex user needs into actionable technical requirements and providing regular updates on release timelines and project performance.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a passion for building products that make a tangible difference in people's lives. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in a technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience delivering remote patient monitoring technologies or working within a closely related field.
- Proven experience building cloud-hosted products, particularly within healthcare or other highly regulated environments.
- A strong grasp of modern software development processes, agile methodologies, and healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, outcomes-oriented mindset that fits our One BioTeam culture.
- Fluency in English.
Why you'll love it here
Working at BioIntelliSense means joining a fast-growing company where you can tackle challenging technical problems that reshape the industry. We value leaders at every level, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact through continuous innovation.
We take care of our team with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Life and disability insurance.
- A 401k program to support your future.
- Generous paid time off and 11 paid holidays per year.
- The flexibility of a remote work environment.
